Residential home located in Lowell Highlands section.  Entire house was pressure washed.  Wood that had been previously replaced and painted needed to be oil primed to prevent tannin bleed.  Entire house was sprayed and back brushed with one coat of California 2010 Velvet Flat latex house paint.  Trim was painted with California 2010 Satin latex finish.
